Students will have fun and learn about - Web Site Design, Computer Programming with Game Development, Touch Typing, Robotics, and Engineering.  We have seen the many benefits of technology help students learn and grow in their skills and career.

BIO:  Software Engineer/Developer/Systems Analyst/Software Consultant - Career 30+ yrs
Technology Instructor Since 2017 for 2 Schools.  Classes taught: Web Site Design, Intro- Computer Programming with game development using Java Script & Phaser, Coding for Kids, Robotics 1, and Robotics 2.  Coach Arthur is also the 2016 Award Winner: Tampa Bay Code-A-Thon Hillsborough County Web Automation.  For the past 25+ years Coach Arthur has worked with students he has been ...... an assistant children's pastor, a missionary leader for children in Haiti and Romania, a soccer coach, and a chess coach!

Laptop Computer Required !

One group activity students enjoy is the Blindfold Robotic Game, where partners give commands to their blindfolded team mate.

Everyday will have instructor demonstrations, class exercises, group projects.  Students will receive downloads for them to keep for future reference.  Everyday there will be outside fun time with obstacle course, tire swing, play set and the last hour is pool time.

Students may bring a technology project to work on during project time.

This technology camp will combine fun with learning, from outside obstacle course construction to spaghetti tower building competition.

11:00 - 11:30 ............Structured Outdoor Activity / Obstacle Course & Fun
11:30 - 12:15 .............Technology Teaching + Small Group Engineering Activity
12:00 - 1:00 .............Lunch and Free Time
 1:00 - 2:00 .............Computer Programming - Game Development exercise
 2:00 - 2:30 .............Project time (Robotics - MyTekBot)
 2:30 - 3:30 .............Pool Time
 3:30 .........................Pick-Up​

​New Camp Health Guidelines:

Parents will have an initial one page 'Student Health Screening Form' to fill out. 
Campers will have temperature checked each day with a forehead thermometer. 
Hand Sanitizer will be use liberally throughout the day.
Many campers will wear masks, but masks are optional.

Notes to Parents:

1. Campers need to Bring Lunch and Drinks each day
2. Campers need to bring a Laptop computer
3. Campers need to wear clothes they can play in outside (supervised)
4. Campers need to wear athletic shoes each day for safety
5. For the Pool, please have campers bring or wear bathing suits & water shoes and bring towels and  water guns for more fun (if possible)
6. Thursday we will have silly string activities
7. On Friday we will provide pizza for all campers.  Parents if an extra snack or treat can be donated for more fun for the group..... that would be appreciated!!!!!   Water balloon activities and fun on Friday! 
*Some snacks/drinks are provided through out the week, all outdoor time is supervised, using electronics during play & free time is discouraged, kids are going to play the old fashion way with games and social interactions.
