​We are an after school enrichment program, featuring the many benefits of chess.

Life is filled with many learning opportunities.  Children learn their major academics through school.  Beyond physical and social growth is the mental growth that defines the education each student sets their potential to reach.  

The chess club environment can offer a unique learning opportunity.   Students often do not even realize they are learning.   Several of the basics set the foundation for mental stimulus.  Beyond abilities and perceived potential, is their ability to make decisions and enjoy the rewards or consequences of those decisions. 

Words alone cannot completely describe the complexity of a young brain.  Puzzles, problems, questions and seeking the solutions are at the core of cognitive ability.   Educators and parents alike see every step of growth as a success.  Chess can add so many hidden challenges plus a social element for mental simulation.

We have seen so many students thrive in chess, and increase many academic skills.  These same skills and abilities assist in a college and ultimately a lifetime career.

Chess requires many skills.  Some of these skills include: focusing, strategy, patience, and dealing with disappointment.  

​Our chess clubs are designed with both structured lessons, and strategy fun games. We put an emphasis on having fun and enjoying your chess experience, while maintaining safety and discipline in the club.  Chess tournament offer a grand experience to test and increase abilities and skills.   Please contact us and we would be glad to set up a time to meet and discuss a plan that can work well with your school.
